spring break

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Jim and I had a blast up in north Georgia shooting this lovely wedding. Unfortunately, Jim and I both left town not feeling well and came back feeling worse so I am going to take this week to rest and catch up on a few things. I will miss posting but I am excited to return next week with lots of spring inspired posts so please check back!

Best,
Gina

    1. Thanks Charlotte! I think turning off my brain was exactly what I needed because I'm feeling so much better and so rested! Excited to be back next week with all my brain!

  2. Glad you had fun, hope you both feel better real soon! Are those collard plants I see? They look like the ones growing in my garden :)

    2. Funny thing I learned today while working on a farm: collards and broccoli are essentially the same, the difference is broccoli produces more of a "flower head" and collards grow mainly leaves. Actually kale, collards, broccoli, and cabbage are all the same species. So, I bet broccoli leaves would taste just as good! :)

    3. Fascinating!! I need to give them a try! I typically pass them right on to the chickens (who LOVE them) but I'm always up for something new!
