Citrus water. For a while now I have adopted the habit of keeping a delicious beverage in the fridge to entice us to drink more water. We started with just having citrus water and have experimented with lots of other things since. I love in the summer making an iced berry tea instead of the southern staple sweet tea. It is light, refreshing and full of antioxidants. It is also is great to have around if a friend drops by for a visit. This has definitely inspired us to drink more water and thoroughly enjoy it.
