a juice cleanse

For those of you who have read these last posts and thought either you don't have the time to cook those meals or you just don't want to, there is still a great option for you. There are fabulous mail order cleanses popping up all over. I would LOVE to try one of these but because I have my own juicer I just can't justify it. They set it all up for you so there is no thought or planning involved, just follow the steps. Anyone can try that! Here are the two I have heard especially good feedback from.

The first company, Blue Print Cleanse, I heard of from the wonderful Bri. Just like her I was a little swayed by their packaging but when I started to read more they really know their stuff. They are 100% organic juice and are delivered straight to your door! The best thing about Blue Print is you can choose the kind of cleanse you want to do (beginner to expert). On top of the awesome cleanse options they also have juices for maintenance and even for brides!
The next company I have been looking into is Pressed Juicery. I found them through their blog The Chalkboard. They also offer cleanses for beginners to experts but you can choose if you want to do a 3 or 5 day cleanse. If you are nervous about doing a cleanse they have a section of their blog called "Detox Diaries" where people write their experience. This can help you see what to expect. Here is my favorite (and funniest) report yet:
I hope this inspires you to try something different! You don't have to live near a Whole Foods or have a state of the art juicer to do a successful cleanse. There are so many options out there!

  1. Unfortunately we don't have that in France! But I've been reading the Whole Living action plans that you shared the other day, and I'm definitely going to try it (I'd like to start next week or monday the next, but I need to organize myself to buy the groceries needed).

Have a lovely day and Easter.

    1. I didn't think about international! If I come across one I'll let you know. I can't wait to hear how the Whole Living one goes. Definitely take the time to organize (especially snacks!).
