apple chips

I don't know what it is about fall but it just isn't complete without an array of apple dishes. When I came across this simple recipes for apple chips I knew I wanted to try them. What could be a better fall snack than apple chips?

The chips do take a few hours in the oven to dry out and firm up but its worth the wait! This is the perfect recipe to do during a slow afternoon or in between laundry on a clean up day. The only attention they need is a flip halfway through!
